It is important to note that User Estimated Dates will be used to calculate the Scheduled Start and Due Dates of Tasks. These User Estimated Dates are useful if you want Task Assignees to be able to estimate the duration it will take to complete their Tasks. When adding a new Project in Accelo, you’ll find a section specifically for configuring the Project’s Date Settings called Advanced Date Settings. And under those same settings, this action is significant because it can cause the Scheduled Dates of other Tasks to shift.
